1. Use of the service
By using NafqaX Chat, you agree to use the service legally, safely and respectfully. The service may include messages, groups, media, audio, calls and authorized integrations.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Using the service for abuse, harassment, exploitation, fraud, spam or illegal activity.
- Trying to access accounts, devices, integrations, keys or data without authorization.
- Interfering with availability, security, app communication or infrastructure.
- Automating access without explicit authorization and granted scopes.
3. User content
You are responsible for the content you create, send or share. NafqaX Chat is not designed to read private conversation content, but it may act based on reports, limited service signals, abuse, legal orders or security risk.
4. Blocks and moderation
We may limit, suspend, block or remove access for accounts, devices, groups, handles or authorized integrations when there is risk, abuse, violation of these terms or a need to protect the network.
5. Availability
The service may experience maintenance, failures, tests, migrations or updates. We aim to operate reliably, but we do not guarantee continuous or error-free availability.

These terms may be updated to reflect product, operation, security or legal changes. The update date will be revised when relevant changes are made.
