Privacy Policy for NafqaX Chat

Last updated: June 27, 2026

This policy explains how NafqaX Chat handles information in a private communication service. It should be reviewed by legal counsel before final use in app stores, contracts or specific jurisdictions.

1. Summary

NafqaX Chat is designed to support conversations, groups, audio, media and calls with end-to-end protection. The service supports delivery, notifications, safety and support without being designed to read private conversation content.

2. Information we may process

3. Protected content

The system is not designed to store or read plaintext private messages, audio, video, calls, private keys, seeds or local user secrets. Content sent between participants should remain protected by the keys of authorized devices.

In some flows, the service may temporarily carry encrypted or unreadable items needed to deliver messages, media or calls. These records should not be understood as readable content by NafqaX.

4. Purposes

5. Sharing

We do not sell conversation content. We may use infrastructure providers for hosting, notification delivery, service monitoring, DNS, TLS and secure storage. These providers receive only the data needed to operate the service.

6. How long information is kept

Service information is kept only as long as needed for delivery, security, support, abuse prevention, audits and applicable obligations. Encrypted or unreadable private content should be removed when it is no longer needed for delivery or operation.

7. User rights

Users may request information, correction, blocking, deletion or review of information related to their account, subject to privacy limits, security records, anti-fraud logs and legal obligations.

To request deletion, visit Data Deletion or contact us through the channel listed in Support.

8. Children and minors

NafqaX Chat should not be used by children without appropriate parental, guardian or legal consent. If we identify improper use, we may limit or terminate access.

9. Security

We use encryption, permission separation, account/device/integration blocking, administrative auditing and access controls to reduce risk. No system is immune to failure, so we maintain service monitoring and response processes.
