Data deletion request

How to request deletion

Send a request to admin@nafqax.com with the subject "Data deletion - NafqaX Chat". When available, also use the deletion option inside the app.

What we may delete

• Account, handle or public identity linked to the user.
• Registered devices, notification identifiers and active sessions.
• Service records associated with delivery and synchronization when no longer needed.
• Profile data provided by the user.

What may be retained for a limited time

We may keep limited safety records required for security, anti-fraud, audit, reports, abuse, legal compliance, disputes or network integrity. These records should be limited to what is necessary for that purpose.

E2EE content

End-to-end encrypted content may exist only on participant devices or as temporary unreadable delivery items. Local deletion of content on other participants' devices depends on those participants' control.

Timing

We will make reasonable efforts to process verified requests within an appropriate period, considering account security, fraud prevention and service limitations.
